One of my favorite Halloween-time snacks has always been toasted pumpkin seeds.
While the kids are scooping out the pumpkin, have them place the seeds into a large collander. This “duty” always falls to me.. the kids think it sounds fun, but a few minutes into it, I get to finish the chore…
