Tatertot Casserole

Tatertot casserole is a kid favorite and easy to make!

Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 bag tatertots
1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 cup milk
8 oz sour cream (optional)

1. Brown ground beef, drain, rinse.
2. Mix cans of soup, milk and sour cream.
3. Add ground beef and mix well.
4. Spread 3/4 bag of tatertots into a 9 x 13 baking dish.
5. Pour mixture over tatertots and top with remaining 1/4 of bag.
6. Cook at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes.
