Wednesday - Kater-Bug Cakes - some cute cakes - the cat in the hat and the lady bug cupcakes are too cute .. but I *love* the mickey hat cake.. and the easter basket cake - wow!!

Thursday - Biyahilo Tourist Attractions - beautiful sights to see on this blog - lovely pictures.. makes me ready for a vacation!

Friday - Cromely’s World - as I was skimming through Cromely’s posts.. I came to one in which he’d packed for a week away from home.. and forgotten slacks.. he of course went to what he refers to as his personal storage facility - my favorite store Target and saved the week. (psst.. Cromely.. I think you should change your blogger profile answer… )

Saturday - Fitness Life Club - Get fit with Pat King.. seriously.. there is so much information on this site..

And for those who still don’t know about entrecard.. it’s like a social / blog advertising site. You create a 125×125 image to represent your site (referred to as your “card”, think business card, or social card).. you “drop” your card (think hand out, if it was real life) on other sites.. for each card you drop, you get a credit.. each site you drop on, they get a credit.. credits build up and you use those credits to “buy” advertising space on each others sites… it’s really simple, fun, and you get to know other bloggers, by site and by card.

I was reading a post on the forum at Entrecard (I’m only slightly addicted, entrecard and vicodin, my vices… ) and I followed the poster (I liked her card, it was pretty).. it was The Transparent Hypnotist and her first post had a link in it to The Unwinding Path..

I have never seen this, so I’m posting it here, but wanted to give credit to where (and how) I found it.

That said.. Do you use your Right Brain more, or you Left Brain?

I saw her first going counter-clockwise.. I just couldn’t imagine she went any other direction. My husband only sees her at clockwise (which we both know is NOT him).. In the middle of watching her turn counter-clockwise..she started going clockwise.. wow~!

This year, all my houseplants are maintaining their green-ness through the winter months. Yes.. I’m actually remembering to water them.

We drink distilled water (I want to have my dad help me set up a distiller in the basement, but for now, we by from the store). When the water jugs are empty, I use a sharpie to mark it for ‘Plant Water’. Most plants don’t like water straight from the tap. These jugs are filled with tap water, but by the time it’s used to water the plants, the chemicals have evaporated out of the water.

In April, I’ll start adding bat guano (fertilizer) to the water jugs to give the plants a boost for the spring growth.

I have several plants that are just in water. I have my variegated snake plant in 2 vases of water (these are also watered from my water jugs). They were planted in a pot, but weren’t doing so well.. I thought I’d try them in water (about a year ago).. they are doing great.

Thursday Whatever Mama got some adspace. Christina is newly pregnant (congrats!) and has designed some really nice entrecard cards for herself and other ec’ers. In need of a card, check her out.

My Absent Mind - Jolene, a mom dealing with the typical mom stuff says she’s stay at home insanity at it’s finest… she also has 2 boys who love to bicker (I hear it, too!) and love each other to bits (hey.. reminds me of my boys!).. it’s no wonder there’s insanity there.

Wrapping up the week with MM, I was happy to have Jenn Cooks advertise here.. she likes to cook and take pictures of her meals (Hey! me too!).. I love to visit her site… yummmy! Keep an eye there too.. she just gave away a $20 gift certificate to Pampered Chef - whoo boy, fun!!

I have several more pictures to upload to flickr, but tonight, I’m exhausted and up too late already.. will get to it tomorrow night after work.

I went in to work today just to drop off a couple soaps I had packaged and ready to go… a customer brought this item up to the counter to purchase for her brothers garage. I little woman incense burner - the cones go on her breasts. Her toe nails were even painted (yellow, not necessarily a typical choice, ha!).

Since I got a picture of the goat ashtray earlier this month, I thought I’d add this one to my beginning collection. I should have started this when we opened the flea market! I just keep my camera handy now… Of course, if I were to take pictures of the odd people coming through… oh boy.. I’d really be loading the pictures!

SO glad it’s the weekend - two evenings with hubby… sigh… I’m also a new member of Blog Hoppers, so I’ll be out hopping around (while I work too.. shhhh.. )

We got home from work tonight.. me & the boys (I’m lucky, or not depending on the day, that I get to take them to work with me)… Ry says “I want pancakes”. So, I break out the box of easy pancake mix (I’m tired!) and make a batch of pancakes. Tege says he wants one too… all cut up, syruped and ready to eat.. I get 2 requests for hot chocolate.

My first thought is, these boys are tired of being cold. I think we’re ready for some spring weather.

Dinner was a hit - and easy too.
