Momma Muse I have to install manually too.. and it always really stressed me out. I'd tell my husband not to talk to me while I did it and I would only do it late at night when the boys were asleep. I finally gave in an installed the automatic upgrade and so far the 3-4 times I've used it, it's works perfectly. ... though, admittedly, it still stresses me out some. Looks fabulous! I've gotten two out of four sites upgraded to the latest WP. I always fear I'll upgrade and the whole thing will just break, lol. But, so far, most of the time (most!) wordpress seems to upgrade very easily.
