		<description>I think that&#039;s pretty unacceptable for your host not to guarantee their backups. Mine runs daily backups, and even if they have a problem with one of them once in a while, they don&#039;t have to go back more than another day or two if I do need them to restore from one. And they are very quick to respond when I do need a restore - usually within less than an hour.

I so feel your pain.  I&#039;m switching hosts AGAIN for the second time in six months because they&#039;ve suspended my account for no reason.  Luckily, my main site&#039;s database gets backed up every day...and the site itself once a month...but one site only gets it once a week, and I&#039;ve lost a whole batch of entries.  I&#039;m hoping the ex-hosting company will let me back into my account to retrieve my database.

You hit it on the head...backup, backup, BACKUP.</description>
