Mine runs daily backups, and even if they have a problem with one of them once in a while, they don't have to go back more than another day or two if I do need them to restore from one. I so feel your pain. I’m switching hosts AGAIN for the second time in six months because they’ve suspended my account for no reason. Luckily, my main site’s database gets backed up every day…and the site itself once a month…but one site only gets it once a week, and I’ve lost a whole batch of entries. I’m hoping the ex-hosting company will let me back into my account to retrieve my database.
