Thanks so much for the generous write-up! I’m blushing… Yes, sighthounds rule! And size is no object: one of my best friends is a wonderful whippet. (We’re also very keen on Goldens and Aussies, come to that. :) )

I can’t take credit for this exciting pregnancy that we’re in the final month of counting down, however: It is my beloved nephew and his partner who are expecting a little girl in April — and am I excited about becoming a great-aunt?? Why, yes!! Unbelievably excited!

Just think, I get to buy all the cute gear and make the goo-goo noises and play with the little darling and spoil her rotten… then send her home to her energetic young parents when she gets all overtired and cranky! And no labour pains to get all that, either - hey, it doesn’t get better than that :D
