Homemade Whipped Cream

A homemade sweet whipped cream goes great on cakes, pies, ice cream or even by the spoonful! I love simple recipes and this one fits the bill.

1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Whip cream until thick and stiff.

Add sugar and vanilla.

Continue beating until it holds peaks.
