I work at a Caribou and love our stuff! Making cold press coffee is simple. You'll need to grind your own coffee to do it. We take .53 pounds (just a smidge over half a pound) of coffee and grind it on the coarsest setting. You then just put the grounds in a 1-gallon pitcher and pour ice water over it. Turn the pitcher as you pour so all the grounds get wet. Cover with plastic wrap and let steep at room temperature for 12-16 hours. Strain/drain into another container. We keep ours 48 hours, refrigerated. Enjoy! :)
