We thought we’d live here forever… the past 8 years have flown past. But now, we’ve enlisted the help of a Dayton Realtor, Judy Davis, of Judy Davis Homes (a Dayton Irongate Realtor) to help us sell our home. Bob got a job at Honda and we’re relocating.
We’re leaving the Dayton area and headed to Columbus. A scary, but exciting move.
To us, our home was always an oasis, while it needed some fixing up, it was a private sanctuary we loved. A little house on a big lot with plenty of summer room…. With 6 of us, plus 2 dogs (down from 4), we just out-grew our little home. Now, we’re looking at what we refer to as “cookie-cutter” neighborhoods with more rooms and less yard.
Another stepping stone in our journey of life.
We’ll miss our home, but hope Judy Davis Homes is able to find a buyer who will love our home as much as we do/did. We have an Open House scheduled – woohoo – nothing like inviting people to snoop around your house while you aren’t even home. :D
